Matt Everton has been announced as the new Head of Operations at Billing Better.
Matt joined the company back in October 2020 as Head of Customer Services, following a successful career in the travel industry. His experience in managing customer expectations transferred to the student bills management market, where friendly and responsive customer care is essential in order to handle customer enquiries and maintain a high level of service.
Speaking of his appointment, Matt said: “2020 was a difficult year for all of us. However, during times of difficulty, the biggest and best opportunities present themselves. For me, this was definitely the case when facing an uncertain future, I had the fortune of being introduced to Billing Better.
“Billing Better has a genuine passion and enthusiasm to change the world for the better (at least, the world of household bills!) and since joining the company in late 2020, I have been fully infected by this passion and enthusiasm!
