If you and your housemates have left your property vacant, we are able to reduce your monthly payments. To qualify for this, we will require each housemate within the home to confirm they have left the property by filling in the below form.
Please note, that we are able to close down water and TV Licence bills, but energy payments will remain the same for the next three months. The reason for this, is because you will have built up a negative balance over the colder winter months and we rely on payments into the warmer months to balance out your usage. We'll review your account individually in three months and will reduce your payments if the balance allows us to do so.
