electricity, water, TV packages, internet, council tax, TV license, home insurance, contents insurance and banks providing the opportunity to open bank accounts.

2.1 “The place to set up your household bills at the best price” Billing Better offers the service of setting up customers’ bills on their behalf.

2.2 Billing Better will search online comparison sites to find the cheapest and best rates for energy (gas/electricity), TV packages and internet based on the suppliers we have agreements with.

2.3 The rates that we find are accessible online and are not exclusive to Billing Better.

2.4 We currently have affiliate agreements with- Bulb Energy, Tonik Energy, EDF Energy, Octopus Energy, M and S Energy, First Utility, Good Energy, Sky, Virgin Media,BT, Now TV, TalkTalk, PlusNet, Home Protect, Aviva, John Lewis Insurance and Protect Your Bubble.

3.1 The decision to use bill providers will always be made by the website user- Billing Better merely presents the available options to the customer.

3.2 Billing Better does not have access to exclusive offers which are available to individual persons.

3.3 Billing Better cannot account for exclusive offers given to individual customers by certain providers and find the prices on our affiliate partner's websites.

4.1 By giving us your contact details, you agree to allow us to contact you with these details.

4.2 We do not share your personal information with any third-party companies and will only give bill providers your contact details once agreed with you which bills are required and which companies are to be used.

4.3 It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure that the contact details provided are correct. If there is a security breach to the website causing personal information to be lost, the customer accepts this as part of the use of the website.

5.1 All the content and information on the website is provided on an “as is” basis. This means that there is no 100% guarantee that the
information is completely truthful. This is due to interpretation, grammatical errors or otherwise.

7.1 By using Billing Better, you are agreeing to allow us to act as an agent on your behalf to set up utility bills with bill providers, where applicable.

7.2 You (the website user) will always have then final choice when deciding which bills and bill providers to use.

7.3 We will offer you the option as to which utility bills you require setting and which companies to use for these utility bills.

7.4 We do not take responsibility for any product, service or customer service provided by the companies which you choose and by using our
service you are agreeing to read the terms and conditions of the companies that will provide for your bills.

8.1 Upon using and sending the form found on our website to specify which bills you require setting up, you may be contacted by us by email.

8.2 By filling out our form you allow us to do this and consent to this contact. We will not share your details to anyone else.

8.3 The prices that we display to you in our emails are based on either an estimate or are prices retrieved from the bill supplier’s website.

8.4 These prices are accurate at the time of sending, Billing Better is not responsible if these prices change prior to or after the bills are set up.

9.1 Dispute resolution- Under EU Regulations we are required to provide consumers with a link to the Online Dispute Resolution platform. You can submit a complaint via the Online Dispute Resolution platform, which can be found at https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr.
